Aluminum
ramps have a high price tag and are not nearly
as durable or long lasting as YARDRAMP. Aluminum
is difficult to weld, and repairs can be time
consuming and expensive. Since any ramp must
be positioned with a forklift, the weight differential
between aluminum and steel is insignificant.
Moving the YARDRAMP to any trailer, railcar
or dock saves valuable time and will dramatically
improve dock efficiency. YARDRAMP is the logical
choice to solve high volume freight handling
problems by increasing product handling options
and capabilities.
YARDRAMP's time-tested design is superior
to concrete and aluminum ramps. When cost,
long-term durability and loading flexibility
are paramount, choose YARDRAMP to Deliver
the Best Value.
6 FOOT LEVEL OFF Makes Trailer End Loads
More Accessible
Additional six feet allows you to load or
unload safely from a level position. 15 inch
treadplate lip extends into the trailer or
over the dock edge for smooth transitions.
Standard Safety Chains hold the YARDRAMP securely
to the trailer or dock. For dock-to-ground
applications, optional chain brackets are
available.
The hydraulic system allows for smooth and
quick raising of front lip to the proper dock
or trailer height. Simply open the release
valve to safely lower the unit into position.
The Pump is mounted internally to protect
it from accidental damage.
Heavy duty wheels and solid rubber pneumatic
profile tires make positioning the YARDRAMP
easy. For stationary dock installations, standard
YARDRAMPS are available in 30 and 36 lengths
without wheel assemblies at reduced cost.
